University Information Technology Services (ITS) seeks applicants for a newly created Workday Integration Solution Engineer. We are seeking applicants for both intermediate and senior-level positions. This position is responsible for analysis, design, development, implementation, and support of Workday integrations and technical solutions for the Finance applications.

What you will do:
  • Build Workday integration and technical solutions to meet the functional and non-functional requirements of the business.
  • Manage data analysis and data integration of disparate systems.
  • Interpret and find solutions for functional requirements with Workday technology solutions.
  • Provide problem-solving expertise and complex analysis of data to develop quality integration and solution designs.

Education and Experience Qualifications for Workday Integration Solution Engineer:
  • High school diploma and at least 3 years of related work experience.

Education and Experience Qualifications for Workday Integration Solution Engineer, Senior:
  • High school diploma and 5 years of related work experience.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Experience with Workday Integration Development with Studio is MUST.
  • Experience with other Workday technologies: Web service application program interface (APIs) SOAP, REST, middleware, Cloud Connect, Business Process Framework, Configurable Security, Calculated Fields, XML/XSLT, BIRT, and Workday Report writer tools.
  • Functional knowledge of ERP systems, including Finance, HCM, Payroll, is plus.
  • Have effective oral and written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to collaborate successfully with system users, internal clients, and developers.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Must be a team player with the ability to share knowledge and mentor others.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with Workday Integration developer certifications with skills in EIBs, studio, and core connectors.
  • Experience in Workday Extend is a plus.
