The UVA School of Data Science is looking for a motivated Senior Web Developer to join our team to transition and maintain our public web presence (Drupal), as well as provide online portal (O365/SharePoint) and system integrations support.
The School of Data Science (SDS), guided by common goals, seeks to further discover, share knowledge, and make a positive impact on society through collaborative, open, and responsible data science research and education. With both standard computing as well as a focus on research and data analysis, and high-performance computing, the school will position the university and our community to play a national and international leadership role in the global digital future. While this position offers exciting opportunities for growth in these areas, knowledge of these areas is not a requirement for this position.
The Senior Web Developer is an important member of our IT support team, working directly with the Communications team and faculty, staff, as necessary.
This position will:
Anticipated Hiring Range: $82,000 - $95,000
The Selected candidate will be required to complete a background check prior to their first day of employment per University Policy.
