  • Manage the day-to-day operations of a large and expanding project.
  • Collaborate with project leadership to track and ensure that STREAMin3 implementation objectives and deliverables are successfully met.

  • Act as an agile resource to support other Project Management Associates and teams during project phases that require extra support.
  • Facilitate connections between Project Management Associates and project teams.
  • Organize, facilitate, and keep notes for meetings.
  • Manage recruitment and participation data using our CRM tool, Hubspot.
  • Coordinate the planning and writing of reports and performance updates for funders and regulators.
  • Support, supervise, and manage project management associates and project specialists, as needed.
  • In addition to the above job responsibilities, other duties may be assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

  • Creating, monitoring, and utilizing project management software or tools (Trello, Smartsheet, Basecamp, Asana, Teamwork, etc.).
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management software, Microsoft Bookings, Qualtrics, other advanced survey tools, or similar project management tools.
