STREAMin3 seeks a Senior Project Management Associate who will use their project management experience to implement and monitor adherence to project management plans, provide guidance and support to a team of project management associates, and act as a flexible resource to support areas of the project as capacity needs require. Our team is looking for someone that has project coordination or management experience, excels at communicating with a diverse group of stakeholders, and can understand the many moving parts of a project. Experience in education is not required. This is a remote position; if local to Charlottesville, office space may be provided, if preferred.
STREAMin3 is a comprehensive birth-to-five curriculum developed by The Center for the Advanced Study of Teaching and Learning (CASTL) at the University of Virginia's School of Education and Human Development, and developed with support from the Virginia Department of Education. CASTL is the largest research center within the School of Education and Human Development, with 25+ faculty and 240+ staff.
We are scaling the curriculum to serve 4,000+ unique classrooms thanks to support from the Virginia Department of Education. Curriculum recipients receive comprehensive onboarding, copies of physical curriculum materials, access to online resources, training and support from a professional coaching staff, and opportunities to engage with other curriculum users.
As part of the STREAMin3 team, you will join four Project Management Associates to provide day-to-day project management support to over 60 team members. In this role, you will have the opportunity to use your project management experience to contribute to a fast-paced and collaborative team with colleagues across the Commonwealth of Virginia and the country.

Preferred Qualifications
A strong preference will be given to candidates that have extensive experience in the following:
Salary range: $63,000-$69,000, commensurate with education and experience, includes UVA benefits.
The position will remain open until filled. This is an Exempt level, benefited position. This position will not sponsor applicants for work visas. This restricted position is a one-year appointment, and continuation beyond one year is dependent upon project need, availability of funding, and performance. The University will perform background checks on all new hires prior to employment.
