Senior Advisor to the Chief Ambulatory Operations Officer

As a member of the Ambulatory Operations leadership team, the Senior Advisor to the Chief Ambulatory Operations Officer will lead and be a liaison for various leadership, strategic and operational initiatives within the scope of Ambulatory Operations.

He or she will manage the coordination, direction and development for a range of functional areas, including finance, human resources, communications, contracts and operations. Will lead/facilitate priorities and initiatives on behalf of Chief and Ambulatory.
  • Coordinate organizational objectives, priorities and activities with internal and external agencies as appropriate.
  • Develop and implement standard protocol and procedures related to the financial operation and management in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Meet regularly with the Chief to establish the key priorities for the week and quarter and to set calendar of events.
  • Help to prioritize activities to ensure Ambultaory objectives are coordinated and attained.
  • Design annual plans and maintain overall strategic plans for Ambulatory Operations.
  • Identify short- and long-term goals and oversee the allocation of resources to meet priorities.
  • Collaborate with Ambulatory leadership partners to develop team strategies and methods.
  • Serve as liaison between organization and internal and external entities.
  • Manage initiatives and influence professional and support staff to achieve objectives.
  • In addition to the above job responsibilities, other duties may be assigned.

Position Compensation Range: $111,300.80 - $178,089.60 Annually

  • Education: Master's degree in business, accounting or related discipline.
  • Experience: At least five years of a combination of administrative and leadership experience. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Licensure: None.

This is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers. The job does occasionally require traveling some distance to attend meetings and programs.
