The Study of Early Education Through Partnerships (SEE-Partnerships) at the University of Virginia seeks one or more Research Project Associates to join its highly collaborative, interdisciplinary team. Working closely with state partners, the SEE-Partnerships team conducts research on early childhood education policy with the goal of improving access to high quality early learning opportunities for all children.
The Research Project Associate will support SEE-Partnerships' data collection and dissemination efforts. The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail, a strong interest in education and/or social science research, experience with survey design, familiarity with survey or data management in Stata or Excel, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with other team members. Strong communication and organizational skills are critical.

This is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers. The job does occasionally require traveling some distance to attend meetings, and programs.
