Responsible for compilation, comprehensive analysis, and presentation of data to support Quality & Performance Improvement (QPI) initiatives. Works collaboratively with Quality teams and leadership to develop and analyze complex data systems. Formulates recommendations for further initiative refinement based on statistical analysis and data mining.
  • Independently performs statistical analysis and programming activities to devise or modify methodologies related to QPI initiatives.
  • Demonstrates technical and judgmental skills required to perform project management, including formulating recommendations and writing reports.
  • Communicates appropriately and provides regular updates on project or task status.
  • Regularly provides guidance and training to less experienced/less knowledgeable colleagues.
  • In addition to the above job responsibilities, other duties may be assigned.

Position Compensation Range: $31.98 - $51.17 Hourly

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience: 5 years of experience in related area required.
  • Licensure: None required.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Job requires sitting for prolonged periods. Repetitive motion: computer work, typing. Proficient communicative, auditory, and visual skills. Attention to detail and ability to write legibly. Ability to lift/push/pull 20-50 lbs.
