Patient Friendly Access Program Coordinator

Accountable for the development and implementation of access-related programs and the transition of programs from new initiatives to operational norms. Responsible for creating or modifying applicable policies, as well as developing workflows in Visio and standard operating procedures with appropriate tip sheets for all areas of responsibility. Serves as project manager for projects within scope of responsibility to ensure program is developed; communications for key stakeholders are defined, prepared, and executed; and training is planned and executed for all impacted team members.

  • In addition to the above job responsibilities, other duties may be assigned.

Position Compensation Range: $66,518.40 - $106,433.60 Annually

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in related healthcare or business area required. Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum three (3) years of experience in healthcare setting; experience in Access preferred.
  • Licensure: None.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
This is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers. The job does occasionally require traveling some distance to attend meetings and programs.
