Nursing Project Analyst

Provides coordination, analytics and technical support with functional/operational Medical Center projects. Serves as a technical expert on financial analysis, project planning and execution. Develops comprehensive plans for projects from plan initiation throughout implementation, ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory accreditation and requirements. Expected to maintain a high level of understanding and demonstrate extensive knowledge involving project management, financial analysis and forecasting.
  • Provides effective coordination of projects.
  • Ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
  • Provides financial analysis on projects.
  • Prepares detailed reports, data, analytics and insights relating to projects, business planning and business performance-improvement efforts.
  • Collaborates on the development and delivery of professional presentations that influence senior leadership decision making.
  • Assists executive leadership in creating strategic and long-range business plans. Supports capital and operating expense budget development for assigned projects.
  • Partners with Medical Center leadership to develop strategies and tactics for financial performance improvement.
  • Willingly adapts to organizational change and models commitment to professional development and continuous improvement.
  • In addition to the above job responsibilities, other duties may be assigned.

Position Compensation Range: $52,436.80 - $83,907.20 Annually

  • Education: Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience: 4 years of relevant experience. Must be proficient with Excel/computer software that includes databases, spreadsheets and statistical applications.
  • Licensure: None.

This is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers. The job does occasionally require traveling some distance to attend meetings and programs.
