What you will do:

Lead and/or participate in the design, development, testing and implementation of multiple, complex IAM system integrations, source/target system connectors and Fischer Identity configurations.

Create and maintain technical requirement documentation for Identity and Access Management systems, including requirements for establishing user roles, entitlement and access definitions, user account life cycle processes, provisioning and de-provisioning processes, reconciliation, certification, etc.

Configure and test workflow designs for access-based requests, processing and approvals. Orchestrate tasks to enable functions such as access approvals, notifications, escalations and integration with other business processes.

Develop test plans and test scripts and execute test plans based on business and technical requirements.

Create and maintain reconciliation processes with source and target systems.

Create test scenarios in DEV and QA environments to support system integration testing, regression testing and UAT.

Conduct business process and data analysis to derive/maintain/enhance role-based access controls (RBAC), attribute-based access controls (ABAC) and policy-based access controls for use in various IT systems.

Lead and/or participate in future IAM projects.

Serve as a subject matter expert for the full identity life cycle and the implementation of IAM at UVA.

Collaborate and build successful working relationships with various business units within UVA.

Serve on an on-call rotation with the IAM Team.
Required Qualifications:
-
5 years of work experience as a technical analyst or developer.
-
Experience documenting technical design, business requirements, user stories, use cases, requirement traceability matrixes, functional specifications, system requirements and test cases.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-
Experience working in an agile environment.
-
Demonstrated knowledge of the Identity life cyle.
-
Ability to create, interpret and understand complex programming logic.
-
Advanced knowledge of PL/SQL.
-
Ability to effectively meet deadlines.
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's degree in information technology and management or related field.
-
Project coordination/management experience.
-
IAM life cycle management, especially in a complex university and medical center setting.
-
Experience working with various technologies, including SSO (Shibboleth, SAML, etc.), Duo for MFA, LDAP, Active Directory, Grouper and a modern identity governance solution such as Fischer Identity or similar product.
-
Experience with Windows server, Apache and Java technologies.
-
Experience implementing role-based access controls (RBAC), attribute-based access controls (ABAC) and policy-based access controls (PBAC).
-
Experience with ServiceNow.
-
Experience with integrations to PeopleSoft SIS, Workday, Jenzabar, Oracle and Dell Boomi.

Hold an Identity-related certification such as IDPro or IMI.
Anticipated hiring range : $80,000 - $108,000
