The College and Graduate School of Arts and Sciences (A&S) seeks applicants for an IT Process Improvement Lead (Business Systems Analyst 3) to manage technical process improvement initiatives across the A&S enterprise. Reporting directly to the Director of Analytics and IT Support, this position will collaborate closely with team members across the Dean's Office and departments to better understand and address process inefficiencies. To enable improvements, this position will work directly with our software development and analytics teams to help prioritize and track progress on projects across our IT portfolio. To succeed in this role, you will need to be strategically minded, organized, analytical, customer focused, and a strong communicator.
