HL7 Integration Developer (Fully Remote)

Provides implementation and ongoing operational support of integration between software systems, including, but not limited to, the primary electronic medical records system and ancillary systems.

The HL7 Integration Developer collaborates with on-site and off-site analysts/engineers/developers for the design, development, implementation and maintenance of HL7, web services and other integration services using enterprise integration engine platforms. Assists in supporting activations and rollouts and post-implementation interface-related activities, including interface monitoring, issue management and upgrade activities. Experience preferred with Intersystems Ensemble/IRIS and Epic Bridges.

Position Compensation Range: $30.13 - $48.21 Hourly

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • Education: Bachelor's degree desired but not required.
  • Experience: 2 years of HL7 design/implementation and hospital workflow experience. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Licensure: Intersystems Health Connect HL7 Interface Specialist, HL7 certification or Epic Bridges certification desired but not required.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
This is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers. The job does occasionally require traveling some distance to attend meetings.
