Facilities Planner

Performs a variety of project coordination activities for Facilities Management, typically involving design and construction. Develops comprehensive plans for project implementation through maintenance and/or completion. Monitors project progress and provides updates to leadership on project status. Ensures compliance with applicable regulatory accreditation and Medical Center requirements.
  • Coordinates specific activities to meet Facilities Management project goals.
  • Develops project plans by reviewing goals and objectives with clients.
  • Identifies and resolves problems to ensure timely completion of Facilities Management projects.
  • Ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements, including applicable University building codes and universal/industrial guidelines.
  • In addition to the above job responsibilities, other duties may be assigned.

Position Compensation Range: $59,072.00 - $94,515.20 Annually

  • Education: Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred and may be considered in lieu of specific experience.
  • Experience: 2-4 years of facilities management experience.
  • Licensure: None required.

Job requires frequently traveling (distance: 1 mile). Proficient communicative, auditory and visual skills. Attention to detail and ability to write legibly. Ability to lift/push/pull 20-50 lbs.
