Responsible for providing instruction in educational programs within Emergency Services.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provides course instruction.
  • Responds effectively and efficiently to the educational needs of the population being served.
  • Interfaces effectively with peers and customers and assumes responsibility for continuous professional development.
  • In addition to the above job responsibilities, other duties may be assigned.

Position Compensation Range: Hourly

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
  • Education: High school graduate or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1 year of experience preferred.
  • Licensure: None required. Instructor Status: Current and in good standing for disciplines taught.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Job requires standing for prolonged periods, frequently walking and bending/stooping, and reaching (overhead, extensive, and repetitive). Proficient communicative, auditory, and visual skills. Attention to detail and ability to write legibly. May be exposed to chemicals, blood/body fluids, and infectious disease.
