Contract Data Management Specialist

Ensures strategic and coordinated data systems management accuracy, integrity of data, and reporting of data to internal customers within UVA Medical Center Procurement.
  • Responsible for coordinating the collection, maintenance, analysis, and distribution of administrative information used to produce contract order placement and reporting.
  • Implements PeopleSoft Procurement Contract Module and maintains data files contained therein.
  • Ensures timely and accurate monthly quarterly and annual reports as required by Supply Chain Management.
  • Maintains statistics and conduct market research.
  • In addition to the above job responsibilities, other duties may be assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • Education: Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience: Five years of job-related experience. Four additional years of experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
  • Licensure: None required.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
This is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers. The job does occasionally require traveling some distance to attend meetings and programs.
