The Department of Medicine, Division of Infectious Diseases, is seeking candidates for the position of Clinical Research Coordinator, Non-Licensed. The position works with the Principal Investigator and other key personnel on PositiveLinks, a mobile health platform developed to support people living with HIV (PLWH) reach their health goals.
The position will assist with the process of implementing the PositiveLinks (PL) platform at other sites. This includes coordinating monthly PL Community of Practice meetings, obtaining data use agreements with PL partner sites, developing a PL performance dashboard, and coordinating regular updates of the PL implementation manual and related tools. The position will also develop and maintain an up-to-date and relevant set of resources listed within the PL app, and will coordinate PL feature redesign projects as needed.
As a member of the PL at UVA implementation team, this position will also work directly with clients and providers at the UVA Ryan White Clinic. This includes monitoring PL platform activity; enrolling clients; and troubleshooting phone and other client issues. The position collaborates with Principal Investigator on all matters; maintains and orders new supplies as needed; implements or updates processes as needed; assists PI in preparation of presentations both at the University and at regional or national meetings; composes segments of reports to present to Principal Investigator; assistance with manuscript development with tables; conducts literature searches and identifies and helps to institute new methodologies.
