Assists manager or director with projects, events and work relevant to specific departmental needs.
  • Participates in projects designed to reinforce industry-specific issues related to the degree, as well as the needs of the health system.
  • Project deadlines are met and completed in a timely manner. Individual assignments are completed under the direction of the appropriate health system leader. Appropriate health system staff is consulted in order to complete projects.
  • Performs tasks/work assignments related to a course of study, educational curriculum or career interest in an educational capacity.
  • Develops process flow maps of current processes and making recommendations around how to improve processes. Demonstrates computer skills and proficiency in the utilization of standard software specific to departmental needs. Communicates and collaborates with assigned work team to provide back-up coverage and support as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Position Compensation Range: $15.00 - $20.00 Hourly

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • Education: Participant in accredited bachelor's or master's degree program.
  • Experience: None.
  • Licensure: None.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
This is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers. The job does occasionally require traveling some distance to attend meetings and programs.
